5-Year Fabric Warranty

The warranty for BLISS Citel fabrics is 5 years. Even though experience and tests conducted in qualified laboratories over the years show that BLISS Citel range fabrics live longer than the 5 years offered by the warranty.

The warranty exclusively covers the abnormal color and fabric resistance loss, given a normal exposure to the action of sun, salinity and general atmospheric agents.

Claim Process

The warranty exclusively covers the BLISS Citel fabric. BLISS Citel may be a component of an end product such as indoor and outdoor furniture.

The warranty must be claimed against the retailer or installer, whom the end product is purchased from. Warranty becomes void until all accounts and invoices are fully paid.

It doesn’t cover:

• Additional manufacturing or installation costs (that the installer or retailer might require).
• Any damage resulting from additional treatment made by a third party.
• Damage due to causes beyond our control: mechanical actions, accidents, abrasive chemical products, misuse, negligence and/or fraudulent actions.
• Improper use and/or installation.
• Negligence for not following cleaning and maintenance instructions correctly.
• Accidents, fire, weathering, negligence, hurricanes and tornadoes, floods, air pollution, external acts, or other conditions and misfortunes beyond reasonable control of our company.
